hand. 2 twisted desserts lately: banana pudding using Biscoff cookies. Very Good! Pineapple mango upside down cake made with a Jiffy corn muffin mix, 1/2 cup self rising flour, 2 eggs, the milk and oil 1/3 cup sugar and a glug of the mango syrup and lemon peel. This was also so good. The leftovers are still crispy buttery along the edges. I will be making both again. Working on garden cleanup and starting a few plants in the greenhouse. Bring on summer!

Good golly, no more aftershocks! We haven

We have first wave of visitors arriving next week. I will be counting on you all for recipe and menu suggestions. I love this site! Salmon tacos for sure.

Richard's Key Lime dip is fabulous with Biscoff cookies. I also have visitors from up north. They

are glorying in the spring noises and smells (birds, butterflies, manure fertilizer...).

Can't wait for you and Bill to pass this way again.

So glad to hear from you! Enjoy your Alaskan summer!

And thanks for sharing your twisteds! Banana pudding and Biscoff sounds like something our son and daughter will both love. For my twisted, I've been making cupcake shortcakes from 1 Jiffy corn muffin mix and 1/2 a yellow cake mix that we keep in the freezer for when fresh berries are better eaten marinated in sugar.
