My first poutine experience and I was in love! All the recipes I see have cheese curds

but as you see from my pic, I don't remember any cheese on them.

Yep. They gotta have cheese curds to be poutine. There are so many Fr. CDNs here because of the

naval base on the island, that cheese curds are available everywhere.

Poutine will not be founds on a weight-loss diet, though.
