Happy New Year from San Francisco! And a big Hello!
I've missed you all! My rather limited diet has been making it no fun to think about food but I've decided to not give up like I was feeling for a while and try harder.
I'm making pizza dough today for pizzas tomorrow; going to make Susan in Kentfield's pizza with fontina, caramelized onions and smoked salmon.
Tonight I've got fresh black eyed peas with leftover Christmas ham, the bourbon glaze my friend made caused the beans to really taste great! Also pasta with rapini and ricotta. One great thing about SF is that I can find fresh vegan pasta since eggs are still a no no.
I also have a sugar pie pumpkin, I would like to roast it with a stuffing, any ideas?
