baked and iced and ready to package up for the gals at work. sooooo good!
I made the icing with a dab of corn syrup---I think that helps it set up. I wanted an icing that set up a bit so I can stack them. I iced them and set them in the refrigerator overnight. they are perfect and you are correct----the icing is super scrumptious. I added some cinnamon chips because I needed to use them up. it was good but makes it a bit harder to slice.

I have started ignoring birthdays. I actually had to be reminded this year on my birthday...oh right...whatever!
And how long have I known Cathy, and I had no idea when her birthday is (and she probably doesn't know mine either, because,...whatever! smileys/wink.gif
