Happy New Year dear friends! So what fun cooking things did you get for Christmas?

Yes, if I'm doing a whole package. But for 3-4, I use a pan and it always curls. No longer!

I think Larry only caved because it has a pig on it...and pigs collect Larry. I lost count when we hit over 100 pig-related items.

I also received 2 handcarved wooden spoons from my DH's co-worker. a special gift.

He made us a piggy cutting board for our wedding.

One time a couple of years ago, I grabbed another nearby slightly smaller pan and

put it on top of the pan of bacon that I was cooking on the stove top. Worked great to keep the bacon flat, and as a bonus, it cleaned the copper bottom of the other pan!

Hi Heather, picture below...

I've been looking for my adapter to connect my SD card to my laptop, when suddenly I found a slot in the computer to put the card in directly. I never knew I could do that! So here's a picture of the gingerbread measuring spoons. 'Still can't figure out how to make the picture smaller (I can trim it, but not decrease it the way I want to), so I cropped the gigantic picture. I don't have Photoshop or MS Picture Manager (anymore), and when I re-size it in Paint, it "re-sizes" it by chopping off parts not selected. Spatula is the second one. It makes a cute set (although I never did get around to making homemade GB cookies this year for the hospital - bought them instead and put them in a cute tin)!
