Weight-Watcher's recipe, but good!

Servings: 30
Points per serving: 2

1/2 cup reduced-fat peanut butter
3 tablespoons butter
1 cup sifted powdered sugar
8 ounces semisweet chocolate chips

Stir together peanut butter and butter. Gradually add sifted powdered sugar stirring until combined. Shape into 1-inch balls, place on waxed paper. Let stand until dry.

Melt chocolate pieces. Dip balls into melted chocolate. Place on waxed paper, let stand until dry. Makes about 30 pieces (2 points each).

Per Serving: 85 Calories; 5g Fat; 2g Protein; 10g Carbohydrate; 1g Dietary Fiber; 3mg Cholesterol; 39mg Sodium. Exchanges: 0 Grain(Starch); 0 Lean Meat; 1 Fat; 1/2 Other Carbohydrates.

 
Here it is anyway - very simple and they are great!

2 cups sugar
2 cups peanut butter
2 eggs, beaten
2 tsp vanilla

Mix all ingredients together and roll into 1-inch balls. Flatten with fork to get criss-cross pattern on cookie dough.

Bake at 350 degrees F for about 8 minutes.
