cut into squares and serve hot or cold. I can't even think of the name; that might have impeded the search just a little.

It's like a solid corn pudding but works well cut into squares to serve as an appetizer. I guess I could just wing it, but thinking may be painful today.

It would be a good use of what's rolling around in my fridge right now. Anyone help even with just the name?

Hi Curious. Thank you but this was one that was quite dry and could manage in squares as an hors

d'oeuvre. I just put a lot of stuff together but added a bit too much corn (because it was there). The flavour was perfect and if I can remember what I did, I'll do the same again with less corn so that it hangs together a bit better.

Aw. Didn't this bring back a wonderful string of recipes. Good ol' Steve. Lisa, all this makes

me think that any corn pudding will be terrific as it takes lovable ingredients in whatever quantities. I must do more of this sort of thing. Thank you.
