Not sure it's fixable...
turns out when the recipe said 7 peaches was about 5 cups, my peaches only took 4 for that amount (made 2nd batch tonight and came out fine). So I used waay too many peaches in the first batch - which gave my syrup. So user error! I've got a ton of that chunky syrup goo - do you think I could freeze some?
