The "miracle" of this cake is that it forms a flan layer on the top and a rich cake underneath when
you unmold it. I don't know how it works. I don't care. It's a MIRACLE! and it doesn't stick or anything.
You know how people say, Oh I couldn't possibly have dessert, or It's too rich looking, or I'll just have a tiny slice. Well, after one bite somehow all that chatter just stops and the cake disappears.... heh heh heh.
