RECIPE: Help please!! REC: Sweet Potato Ravioli with Sage and Hazelnut Brown Butter

Yes, I make this regularly and love it. But I'd make it a true brown butter without the cream and

nuts. Just brown the butter with whole sage leaves and maybe one chopped up. It's superb. And because it won't be thick with cream and nuts, it just slips over the ravioli and then off, leaving the flvaour behind.

 
TWO sticks butter?! Wow - I'd leave half of that out. I've eaten a recipe just like that

But it wasn't greasy - think its just too much butter.

 
I was practicing so I scaled down to 1/4 recipe of the sauce. Good thing I didn't have to throw

away 2 stick sf butter!!!!
