Help, please with brunch menu. Am including two recipes to start...

I should've noted that mine is the highly allergic family...

No tomatoes or paprika or peppers. Since each has different problems, I make several safe things. I like the sound of Sylvia's Chive and Brie strata or the Baked Eggs in Ham plus some salmon with cream cheese bagels.
Durward, your crab cakes would make a knock-out scrumptious brunch item so I'll mark it for future use. Wish I could do Oven Fries!

In that case, Anna, for the potato wedges use a creamy salad dressing instead of Pace and

omit the egg and the paprika. I often dip potatoes in caesar dressing then roll in the potato/cheese mix then drizzle with butter and bake that way. Delicious!

I didn't want to use 2 posts to post the separate clickable links so I just copied the addresses.

But now I have added a second post to this thread, so I should have just used the URL option to post the links. Sorry.

These eggs are fantastic!

Marc made them for a gathering we had, and I couldn't stop eating them.
It would work with Canadian bacon, if it's fairly thinly sliced. Since you need to line the muffin cup with the ham, you'll probably need to use more than one slice per cup, overlapping them so the eggs don't escape while baking.
Enjoy!

Perhaps I'm too late, but if you baked quiches and froze them, you could defrost the day before...

slice, then re-bake the slices on a baking sheet right before serving. (They're much easier to slice cold, and the baked slices can be arranged on an oval platter with a bouquet of parsley, herbs or flowers in the center. They'll think you cooked for weeks!)

I have a few T&T quiche recipes if you'd like them.

Having said all that, I'm wondering if you might not want to resort to more of your family's own T&T favorites anyway, even if they already had them on Father's Day? It might make the new arrival feel more at home.

Just a suggestion. It's wonderful that you want to be so welcoming. I'm sure whatever you do will be a hit!

You're not late at all! I do have two of my Veg frittatas in the freeze Comments on menu?.

It will likely be:

the Veggie frittatas

either Silvia's Chive and Brie OR Marc's Eggs Cups without the mushrooms - new girl picks them out of food!

Ham, to please DH. He's tired of the chix-apple sausages

a fruit bowl

bagels with cream cheese and salmon

coffee cake

and of course oj, tea, coffee.
