Perhaps I'm too late, but if you baked quiches and froze them, you could defrost the day before...
slice, then re-bake the slices on a baking sheet right before serving. (They're much easier to slice cold, and the baked slices can be arranged on an oval platter with a bouquet of parsley, herbs or flowers in the center. They'll think you cooked for weeks!)
I have a few T&T quiche recipes if you'd like them.
Having said all that, I'm wondering if you might not want to resort to more of your family's own T&T favorites anyway, even if they already had them on Father's Day? It might make the new arrival feel more at home.
