HELP with funeral lunch, at home, many allergies

Anna, sorry to hear of your father's passing.

You are in my thoughts. I think the idea of finger sandwiches and fruit are a good one. I know my family would want something hot to eat too, but that just may be my family.

WOW, so many good ideas. I'm going to stick with cold foods that can be pulled out of the fridge. The weather should be in the seventies, so we're lucky.
I like the roast beef roll-ups, strawberries, deviled eggs as yummy, home-made additions to the Costco stuff. Will make iced tea, and have water, coffee, and sodas.
Thank you all for your words of support. My mom is making me crazy with her constant questions, so it's comforting to come here, to this helpful community.

 
I don't know how I missed this post -- so sorry about your Dad, Anna. Even after a long illness

it is so difficult to say goodbye. (((hugs))) for you and yours.
