Hey cheezz, I picked up a nut chopper at my local supermarket today. It has two grinds - fine and

coarse. I'm going to try it out the next time I need to chop chocolate (which won't be long, knowing me)!

Yes! That's the one -- I mostly use the coarser grind - especially for chocolate.

I think I use the finer one for things like the stuffed pasta shells where I don't want nut chunks to stand out. YAH!
