hey cheezz, my cubemate's wife shared her award-winning Ropa Vieja recipe!

It is supposed to do better than cilantro in hot humid climates. I bought a plant when I lived in

Florida but it didn't do well for me. It looked completely different from cilantro but tasted similar.

I have done so many recipes for Linda, and posted so many times here over the years....

I'm just so happy to have found the recipes so readily

now that the former swap is inoperable in terms of searches. And a bonus was finding some more nice recipes that you posted on the beef stock page that are speaking to me like the Portuguese Braised Beef Shanks, Beef and Barley Stew, and Sacramento Valley Meatballs in Red Wine Gravy.
