Joanie the photo has to already be online somewhere.

You just put the URL of the photo in the "Image URL" box under the reply form. You find out a photo's URL by right-clicking on the photo and choosing "Properties". You can then copy the URL and paste it into the Image URL box.

One certainly came with your digital camera. I can't tell you how to do it because there are any number of different image editing software packages out there, but load yours up and use the help feature and you should be able to figure it out.
