
Finally found it at Walmarts. I like it.
Prep-wise, wish I’d done a few things differently: I should have used extra sharp orange cheddar instead of aged white cheddar (cheese taste didn’t come through as well as I expected); buttered the madeleine pan rather than Pam spray (used that pan rather than mini muffin) and finally wish I had added a thin slice of cheddar on top.
Too much batter for 18 madeleine molds and they ran together, so next time I’ll load slightly less batter per mold.
They went VERY well with the navy beans I prepared from scratch (recipe from Big Vegan Flavor).
