I have been lurking here from just about the beginning...it's such a nice place to just stop by every day.

Haven't been doing a lot of cooking for awhile since it's just me...well, there's the cat and he'd like more, but....Anyway, so I don't have a lot of recipes to post, so have been just lurking, but have enjoyed the convos as well as some great recipes, so thought I should at least register so I can say "thanks," not only to Mimi and her wonder tech, but to everyone else who has been getting me in the mood to start doing some real cooking again!

 
Hi Lin! I have to agree, after working on this board the last few weeks

I have found my interest in actually cooking (as opposed to just reading about cooking) has much increased!
