Hibiscus flower question: I would like to make this Hibiscus Tea drink from Giada...

but I have never purchased Hibiscus flowers. Is there anything I need to know about them? Are some kinds better than others? Where do you get yours?

Mexican/Latin Markets always have them, sometimes in pretty big bags inexpensively.

They may be marked "Flor de Jamaica" rather than hibiscus. If you can't find them you could use Celestial Seasoning Red Zinger tea, which is hibiscus with a few other herbs/flavorings.
