Holiday breakfast recipes

I have been seeing a recipe for Dutch Babies baked in muffin tins which I find sort of interesting.
There are some nice ones in that list--thanks. We are going to the beach Christmas week so have lots of breakfasts to consider.

This is my friend's recipe (her words) and it is beyond scrumptious!

Blueberry Croissant Puff

Make the night before

350 degrees for 30 minutes for a 9x9 pan. About 50-60 minutes for the 9x13 pan. The middle should be set. I sprinkle powered sugar on the top before I serve it.

Ingredients (this is for a 9x9 pan)

Produce

1 cup Blueberries, fresh or frozen (thawed)

Refrigerated

2 Eggs

Baking & Spices

2/3 cup Sugar

1 tsp. Vanilla

Bread & Baked Goods

4 Large Croissants, cut up (about 5 to 5 1/2 cups)

(I use the croissants from the bakery section at Sam’s Club)

Dairy

1 large package Cream cheese (really softened)

1 cup milk

I mix together softened cream cheese, sugar and vanilla first. Slowly add eggs and then milk. Sprinkle the blueberries over the croissants before pouring the mixture over the entire pan.

I always double it and make it in a 9x13 pan. I spray the pan first, too.
