I don't see why it wouldn't work with rice. I'm sure it would be delicious using that homemade stock

of yours! I've made saffron rice that is quite good.

I don't know quinoa, never had it.

 
It sounds good & healthy Randi. It just so happens I'm going to Whole Foods for arborio

rice and a specialty shop after work, so I'll look for the keen-wa while there. Thanks for the interesting link.

If you make the couscous recipe using quinoa, will it be called quinoaquinoa??
