Actually, I'm within walking distance to a Trader Joes... another PLUS... BUT

there's traffic, crowds, traffic, crime, traffic... all the nice beaches, great restaurants and farmer's markets, to be sure, but unless you time it right, you can't get thru the traffic to get there. Oh, and did I mention the crowds? smileys/smile.gif
