How do you measure your flour? (if you don't use a scale). Dip and sweep or Spoon and sweep?...

I think you will really enjoy having it. I love weighing stuff and checking my perception against

reality which can be a real eye opener. Weightin ingredients has certainly helped me learn to eyeball amounts at the farmer's market, etc.

Whisk, spoon, then sweep...

especially if I'm making something a bit fussy. I saw Martha S. recommend stirring your flour with a whisk prior and it really makes a quick job of fluffing the flour.
