Sorry, no recipes Dawn, but I couldna' help mysel' with my first generation Scottish accent - LOL!!

Born in Bristol, PA but still "quack up" with the accent my parents bequeathed to me that is a strange combo of South Jersey and Scottish accent... and typically only detected in the Caribbean islands...

Plugging Scottish wild fish products here... enjoy!!

I have been eating them plain or on Triscuits, but I really like the recipes

everyone posted. I am supposed to cut back on wheat products, but I did find some buckwheat noodles today to try out the pasta recipes. Thanks again everyone!
