Because I now have “the arthritis™️“ in my hands I find sifting annoying. So got this gadget-y sifter scale attachment thing to try and then wonder where I will find room to store. I’ll review once I use it. (Note, I did not pay this much for it.) But since I had to order a dough hook and paddle for her, btw I got the ss commercial versions, I poked around to see what else I might get her as a coming home present and the algorithm gods presented me with this.

WOW !! Ingenious and still a bit unbelievable. The CDN price is $129. If I were to win a lottery, I might just invest in one.

I must say that I am a bit in awe of the brilliance of this device. I hope it does what you expect and you give it lots of use. I notice some reviews by the disappointed, though.
