It was amazingly light for whole wheat and seeds and oatmeal.  I will use the FP next time,
adding the seeds at the very end.  I had to babysit the breadmachine too much with this dough---adding more flour constantly.  definitely a keeper though.  I thnk I will make a darker dough next time by adding some cocoa powder, like the Outback Bushman dough that I like really well.
