It depends on what kind of salmon. The kings are just starting. Reds in July and Silvers July/Aug

Kings again in late summer. I think it's the Copper River reds that you all are familiar with that have a short season that started already. The kings have had a strong start this year. DH went out with friends on the Kenai last weekend with his new boat and they caught a 40 lb King, but threw it back because you can only keep 2 per season and his friend thought he could catch an even bigger one to keep later in the season. The kings are coming! I prefer fishing for and eating silvers, so I'll have to wait.

Yep, I believe so. I prefer reds and silvers to the kings.

Where is the omega 3 oil? Skin (yuch!) or flesh? Anyone know? TIA
