I have a question about my potato salad and a new to me product.

OK, I'm confessing now that I'm a Miracle Whip gal and use it in my potato salad,as did my Mom.

no separation so far. and everyone loves my potato salad---they request it at work. I just don't tell them about the MW.

 
Orchid, I had the same problem with tuna salad when I used Vidalias. I switched to red onion and

definitely can see a difference.

 
My rule is if it touches the soil (like potatoes or onions) I use organic. plus

the russets actually TASTE like the potatoes I grew up with.

Bagged generic ones have no taste to me.
