I wonder if we could bake this in our smoker---with using wood chips just the last hour

I'm thinking the Bradley Smoker we have can be used as a slow oven as well for this kind of sausage. If I print this out, I'm sure DH will have to try it.

 
Oh I'm not going anywhere but my BIL's SB party...

I gave up my tickets a few years after DDH passed, just wasn't the same without him. Plus, in all those years the team went to the SB, we never got lucky enough to come up in the draw to buy SB tickets. smileys/frown.gif

Completely happy to watch from home these days.
