Cathy, I've been curious how whole grain pasta would taste in a cold

sesame noodle dish. Have you tried that and is the taste noticeable? TIA

 
Not Cathy, but that was how I first introduced whole wheat pasta to my family

was in highly flavored/spiced salads. They work great like that. I cook them, rinse them and toss them either with the sauce or with a little olive or sesame oil, then chill. It makes me feel good when I know my family is eating healthier without them even knowing it!

 
This month's suSunset Magazine has several recipes using whole wheat pastas. They look good.
