...grateful to have known all of you, learned from you and befriended you, and I'm very thankful so many wonderful cooks have joined in along the way.

I'm a better cook because of what I've learned from what started at Gail's, and that process continues today, thanks to Mimi and Paul. Lord knows I have a long way to go!

LOL. It hasn't ****stopped**** me from feeding my cookbook fetish, but...

I have to say, when I need a recipe these days, I run past the walls of cookbook shelves to the computer. It's so much quicker.

Cookbooks are for rainy or snowy days with a cup of tea and a cozy chair in the winter garden.

 
I cant remember my 1st post, I was so nervous about being in a 'chat room' 'board' but

my love of cooking and 'seeing' like-minded folk finally made me take that step...what was the 1st post.....I had written so many posts before I finally actually posted! smileys/smile.gif
