I love this idea: battery powered corks to turn bottles into lights (short term)

That's pretty cool. Be interesting to know how many you'd need

for "adequate" light.
I have a very cool/beautiful champagne bottle that I have "crammed" with a line of the little white LED lights and have taped the battery pack to the back of the bottle.

I like the idea also, but at 15 dollars a pop I was wondering if I could do better... McGyver like

I found on Amazon small LED lights

I'm thinking I can use my dremmel to make a tunnel in some of the many corks I have from the wine I drank - and then insert one of these little LEDs in there....

I knew I saved all those pretty bottles from wine and liquor for a reason smileys/smile.gif

This might work....hmmmmm

That's pretty cool idea. DDIL in decorating for DD's wedding in the yard

had paper lanterns with that kind of light in the bottom. It was a GREAT way to decorate in the trees.
Interesting idea!! Thanks.
