These are clearly so stupidly simple but they are extraordinary. One evening I made them for a couple, over for dinner. They loved them SO much that they left in a very 'up' mood. Three months later they blamed me for the upcoming birth of their 2nd child.
I make them exactly as directed except that I bake the peppers whole for easier peeling.
