I soaked dried Lima beans overnight. Anyone got a favorite recipe for them?

Well, the tomato sauce and cheese filling parts. I've got the white sauce cooling on the stove and am getting ready to assemble the rest of the cheese filling, The tomato sauce is also cooling.

I'm going to put them together tomorrow, along with some chicken pistachio ones that are a favorite. I use the crepes from the chicken recipe for the manicotti.

 
Manicotti? I don't remember ever making manicotti! Should my loved ones be alerted?

I hope you like it! Any crepe will do, as will actual pasta.

 
LOL - now don't go saying that, I will think I'm losing MY mind!

The only reason I'm using the other crepes is because I'm askeered to try new ones when I have those down pat.

 
this sounds wonderful! we have a huge bag of dried limas to use up. I've become very fond of

the lima's creaminess.
