It's all very hectic right now - time is getting really tight, but we're still very excited!
I will definitely post as I discover new stuff -
I have also noticed that there is a definite lack of all things Mexican down there, they don't even have chilies! Maybe that will be my new venture...
I fully expect ALL of you to come and visit at some point!!

What to look for
When I visited my sister in Upwey (out side Melbourne) in 1996/97 I found that the produce was very fresh, but you had to search for what you wanted...things are called different things...if you have a chance to go to the Vic Market, try to do so...it's a huge indoor/outdoor flea market, veggie stand, meat market...there's nothing like it! There are also a number of galleries/markets near by....If you need details, send me an email and I'll pum my sister for more information!

Hey gal, good fortune down under. At least you know metric. I'm not sure there is a Payard Patisserie where you are going so it will have to be NYC again.
