OK, that's it! Cafe Beaujolais it is. My hang up has been that I've only

had coffee cake a few time and I've never liked it much. It always seems like a white type cake with a topping and it's always just dry. But with so many thumbs up I thought I'd better go with it. I also was hung up on the 9"x13" dish. I have only made and seen it made like a bundt cake so I decided to do some snooping and look for a picture of how it's cut and served. I found a photo of the Cafe Beaujolais and how it is served and it certainly doesn't look dry. It looks amazing! And I love the way it is served in muffin cups. This is the one everyone!
