I'd love to see your menu! What are you making for Thanksgiving?

Sounds fantastic. In my family, Thanksgiving is my brother and SiL's turn. It's always good,

but always the same. My SIL is a surgical nurse specializing in heart bypass. She has an unquestioned method for everything! But she feeds a huge crowd with precision and it's always fun. I bake what I'm told, and save my creativity for Christmas.

Great menu Barb. Got us beat too

Going pretty traditional here. Just 4 at the table, decided no big feast this year.

Toasted Naan Bread Canapés (I made it up- slather pesto on Naan Bread, sprinkle on parmesan, drizzle cooked garlic in olive oil. Cut Naan into finger food size pieces and bake for about 15 min at 350 then sprinkle on chopped tomato. Also great with any soups as a side.

Baked Ham w/bourbon glaze
Roasted turkey
Mashed potatoes and gravy
Green Bean Casserole (but fresh beans, homemade sauce)
Cranberry Sauce
Gonna try the Chocolate Pumpkin Cheesecake posted a while back.

Happy Thanksgiving! smileys/smile.gif Link to the veggie casserole, please?

(When you've recovered from preparing that epic feast!)

Michael, that grouper dish at The Dock was my favorite restaurant meal of the entire vacation.
