And that's a different thing from a pressure cooker, right? If I water-bath can them, can I keep them in the fridge? I have this huge jar of them on my kitchen counter, and it's a nuisance to keep on changing the water. If I keep them in the fridge in a bowl, they hide in the back, I forget to rinse them occasionally and they spoil. So I am hoping that I can just water-bath can them, and have them when needed. Any suggestions?
