Is the epicurious search gone? (m)

I just tried to do a search (for recipes at Gail's)and there is no longer a page for that. If this has been discussed I must have missed it. Have we lost all those recipes at Gail's forever?

Oh, oh...I'm searching for some of my older posts and not finding them....

bummer, I knew I should have copied those essays out when I had the chance.

(Insert your favorite swear/mad word here)! The early archives are inaccessible through

the Search function currently on the Epi forums. The only way to reach those was through the Old Kitchen Seek, or the direct link to the archives, both of which are now not available.

With a little perseverance, I found one from 2001, so I think they're there....

but I had to have the EXACT wording....even putting Boolean restrictions on searches found anything and everything remotely similar.

It doesn't help that I used variations of "Marilyn in FL" for the majority of my posts.

There are several that I can't find, but I'll check tonight against hard copies and search again.

I'm a little worried about the recipe boxes. I had to change my name there. Dh rescued my recipes

just in case.

Oh dear, I've been searching on some posters from my early years

and NOT coming up with anything prior to 2000.

"e in SF"
"claire in kelsey"
"haramid"

This only seems to work in the search field. It doesn't work in the User name.

Nor can I find any of my earliest posts.

Hi Carol. Thanks for this information, but I don't follow you... maybe because it's Friday

but I am lost. How do you search GRS from this one batch of archived posts? Is there somewhere to type in search terms?

How did you get to that archived page? Thanks.

What epi is doing, stinks!!
