ISO: ISO An answer about egg whites...strange

In Search Of:
Not meaning to beat a dead chicken... but

according to the link, the yolk is the food (which I know contains more fat, the white more protein) and the cells on the yolk become the chicken.

So I guess neither of us is right... the chicken comes from the "spot". 'Doesn't really matter, just was curious. Thanks!

P.S. Does this answer the question "Which came first, the chicken or the blastoderm?" ;o)
