Not meaning to beat a dead chicken... but
according to the link, the yolk is the food (which I know contains more fat, the white more protein) and the cells on the yolk become the chicken.
So I guess neither of us is right... the chicken comes from the "spot". 'Doesn't really matter, just was curious. Thanks!
