Tiropites just have cheese . Spanakopita have feta cheese and spinach.

And she's going to look at this post with me, and then we get to do some test cooking, yum!
Meanwhile I have to go through my formal wear and find something chic, that fits AND goes with my new red hair. Sort of like a dark copper penny, I feel like I'm in disguise, my neighbor didn't recognize me today, that was rather fun!

Okay, it's on my list! Wish I could have a new gown but ya know, how often would I wear it??
But I do have new gold Stuart Weitzman strappy sandals with a danceable heel that my pal found in a thrift store, brand new, $25. Let me repeat, $25!!!! Usually you'd have to add a zero to the end of that figure. I do have some separates in black and dull gold satin that might work.... I'll have to post a picture after the event (June). and bring a change of clothes of course!
