don't include the html tags - that is the problem

You want to link to an image file. In this case it is a ".jpg" image file. So the link should end in ".jpg"

So this is what you (incorrectly) put in the link field :

But THIS is the correct part of that, that you should have put into the IMAGE URL field (of the reply form):
