ISO: ISO baking help. I want to make mini layered cakes for the cafe.

Last night, I suddenly thought about packaging the individual layer cakes.

Acckkk! How in the world does someone get one of those to go? Packaging is going to be an issue with some of these items I want to bake.

The swiss buttercream here has gotten raves & can be flavored any number of ways

For the packaging, can you get clamshells or cupcake boxes at a restaurant supply? You might need some small cardboard circles to go under them to move them.

Usually restaurant supply places like Smart & Final will have small boxes...cupcake-sized, right?

Sigh, I miss Smart and Final so much! They don't have them out here.

I will have to look at Restaurant Depot. I just don't want to buy a thousand of them.
