is that a "thing"? As in, does a recipe already exist with that step?
Also, sweet or not sweet? Where I'm at in NC, they will shoot you for adding sugar to cornbread...and YET...they plowed through a platter of my cornbread, which has butter AND sugar. Lots of sugar.
