Oreo Truffles from the T&T -- not a bar cookie, but easy, delicious

and if frozen, can stay out for a while without melting. I've made them, frozen them and taken them to a BBQ this summer -- and people loved them!

 
No baking, no krispies, nothing that melts. SL must have an easy recipe that "her girlfriends love"
