Mia, I place 1 Tbsp white vinegar in a measuring cup, then add

enough milk (I use lowfat) to equal 1 cup. I let it sit about 15 minutes, then stir.

 
We're making these tomorrow morning. Will let you know how they are!

I've already mixed all the dry ingredients and pulled out the waffle iron. Just need to throw a few other things in the AM and waffle away!
