It's Christmas, and traditionally time for a new cookbook. So, I'm ISO one for Tapas. Now...having never eaten one, nor having a source available to try them, I still want a cookbook for tapas. I like Mediterranean flavors, so I think we'd like this. Can any of you recommend a Tapas book? Hubby says TIA!!

"Tapas - The Little Dishes of Spain" by Penelope Casas hands down! Terrific!
