Confession time: I wimped out.
Bought a roast turkey breast and gravy at Honey Baked Ham to bring to my parents. I'm swamped with work this week and just didn't have time to make this gravy. However, I'm keeping the recipe for another time--it looks great and I think it's always good to have a gravy recipe that doesn't depend on roasting an entire turkey.
