2 chicken breasts that were so darn tough...what to do.

Well, I processed them with some roasted red pepper, a couple shitaki mushies, a bit of chilli and spread it on phyllo pastry with boiled egg down the center and arugala leaves too. Made this into a sort of strudel and it was heaven sent.

I love left overs. It was so good my family have asked that I make the 'sausie-strudel' again.

The sides were asparagus and eggplant. Oh yum
