We have several bottles of Ranch salad dressing from when we had company. My salad eating son always chooses Italian.

So, are there any recipes for chicken or potatoes using Ranch?

Thanks for reading,

Ann

I second that! Here's another. Ranch Chicken Thighs

1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. yellow cornmeal
1/2 tsp. italian seasoning
6 chicken thighs (skin removed, has a nice crunchy crust you won't miss the skin)
1/2 cup bottled ranch salad dressing

In shallow bowl, combine first 4 ingredients.
Dip chicken into salad dressing, then coat with crumb mixture.
Place chicken in greased 9x13 baking dish
Bake, uncovered, at 375 for 45 minutes or until juices run clear.
Ann I haven't made this but awhile back was looking for recipes using ranch dressing. This comes from recipe zaar

Chicken Ranch Pizza....

Top your favorite pizza crust with the following:

Ranch dressing
Shredded cooked chicken
Thinly sliced onions
Crumbled bacon
Mozz or MJ cheese

I knew you'd have suggestions. Thank you all. I want to clean out the fridge & old dressings. NT

Try mixing it with sour cream and some minced chipotles for a good dipping sauce.

Or to cream cheese with chipotles and cilantro for a good spread. I also add a little bit to tuna, egg, or potato salad.

This is really good, there is

a Sicilian family grandmom & pop, mom & pop & all the kids, pizza place that we get delivery from that makes everything from scratch: dough, mamma's garlic sauce, etc. They make a Chicken Ranch pizza that is to die for. In addition to the above, they also add diced roma tomatoes, green peppers, green onions, minced garlic, and red onions.

They also have a Chicken Parmigiana Pizza that is also over the top, especially if you get sausage added to it. I always loved chicken and sausage combined in caserolly things.
