Help! Ok, we've decided to make the lemon stars... but how much juice in 3 lemons?!!

We have a lot of juice in the freezer... does anyone how much juice I would get per lemon?

Judging by tonight and using small ones, two TBS per lemon with a wee bit left over.

I think the standard used to be 3 per lemon, 2 per lime.

Drives me nuts when they don't give a measurement, i've had variations from less than 2 to 4T per.
